Privacy policy

Who we are

twomindsdev is a web design studio run by two developers in North Macedonia. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page: we decide why and how it is used. If you have any question about your data, email us at info@twomindsdev.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, business type, message, whether you’re interested in the free trial and, if you add it, your phone number.
• Email and Instagram: whatever you include in your message.

Like every website host, Hostinger automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) in server logs to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, prepare an offer and, if we work together, deliver your project. The legal basis is your request to us and our legitimate interest in answering it (and, if we work together, our contract with you).

We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a newsletter.

Who else sees it

• Hosting and email: our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf and only on our instructions.
• Instagram: if you message us on Instagram, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.

We don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 12 months after our last conversation. If we start working together, we keep what we need for the project, and for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Where the law sets a different period for some data, we follow the law. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email info@twomindsdev.com. We’ll reply within one month.

If you think we’ve handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia (AZLP, azlp.mk) or to the data protection authority in your country.
